1. Subjects
Calli Appointment Booking, hereinafter referred to as the Service, is a data processing service provided by Intrasts UG, Rheurdt, hereinafter referred to as the Provider. The Service is purchased by customers, hereinafter also referred to as Users, for the purpose of automated appointment booking via the web and telephone.
2. Scope of Services
The Service is used by the User as a cloud-based web application. Upon registration for the Service, the User receives:
an exclusive telephone number in the PSTN
one or more calendars (via a web interface)
The telephone number is linked to the Customer's calendar. Calls to this number generate appointment bookings in this calendar, whereby the User has flexible options for defining the time slots in the calendar.
3. Data
All booking data is the property of the User and can be accessed in full in a common format upon request. The Provider provides processing during the term of the contract.
4. Payment and Termination Conditions
The service is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. No refund will be issued for premature termination of the service by the user. A month is defined as 30 days. The user can cancel at any time using the contact form.
5. Liability
The provider is not liable for third-party negligence, force majeure, or in cases of cybercrime (DOS attacks, etc.).
6. Availability
The provider ensures an annual service availability of 99%. This means that the service may be unavailable for a maximum of 3.65 x 24 hours = 87.6 hours per 365-day year.
7. Concluding Remarks
The provider may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. There are no additional agreements.
